In 2017, at the end of college, I felt like a shell of myself. After being diagnosed with PCOS, I struggled with hormone imbalances, weight gain, brain fog, and skin issues. Despite intense workouts and meticulous food tracking, nothing changed. When a ruptured ovarian cyst landed me in the ER, I was officially diagnosed and given only one option—hormonal birth control. But deep down, I knew there had to be another way.
For the first time, I slowed down and listened to my body. I was tired of focusing on the inputs and the outward. Instead of forcing extreme routines, I embraced a more holistic approach—gentle cleansing, nourishing movement, and deep self-connection. The shift was profound. I started feeling like me again—more energized, more alive, and more in tune with my body than ever before. Life felt playful again and my symptoms reversed.

Inspired by this transformation, I became a certified holistic health coach in 2021, guiding clients toward sustainable wellness. Along the way, I fell deeper in love with Classical Pilates and the “unlock” of mindful movement. I witnessed changes in my body and mind unlike anything I’d ever experienced before. It was as if I was getting to know my body for the first time and discover what it was truly capable of. Experiencing its transformative effects firsthand, I knew I had to study the method in its purest form. In early 2024, I began my 600-hour Classical Pilates certification under Romana Kryzanowska’s lineage through my mentor Christie Wang, deepening my understanding and adoration of the method. The work truly works.
For me, heart-centered health and wellness means moving through life from a place of reverence for yourself, from the inside out. True health comes from within, and lasting change is possible when it comes from a deep understanding of self— the heart. My mission is to help others feel that mind- body - heart connection and build a foundation for sustainable, vibrant well-being.
